CASBAs self advocacy group is called the Ambassadors.
There are 13 Ambassadors who meet up regularly to offer mutual support to each other and to review and comment on CASBAs information polices and reports.
They discuss topics such as why and how to vote and they have speakers on topics of interest to them.
The group also elects a member who sits on the board of trustees. During Covid lockdown the group has been meeting on WhatsApp.
