Dudley Voices for Choice provide excellent care and support for all adults on the autism and learning disability spectrum. The services’ main goals is to always to encourage vulnerable people to speak out and have their voices and views on their lives heard.

Dudley Voices for Choice respects every human being for who they are and not what they are. Dudley Voices for Choice brings people together and would normally, every year, put on a massive event called Shine but due to Covid the show was cancelled in 2020 but what they did was made good use of Zoom and they interviewed loads of different people from around the country and the questions were all about Friendships and Covid and the impacts it has had on us all.

They have changed so many lives over the years because of all their extremely hard work in the community. Their caring and passionate about the services they provide and aim to bring out the best within us all.

The training that they have given to emergency services now means there is now a learning disability service within the NHS services. There is a learning disability and liaison nurse to help adults with learning disabilities or autism when in and out of hospital and they aim to continue to deliver training across the board to improve services even more greatly. DVC are a very important organisation and whom without many vulnerable adults would not have their voices heard or have their lives changed for the better.
